Your record of your Children's University Scotland learning journey

Aspire is Children's University Scotland's innovative online portal for children and young people.

Children’s University Scotland members use our online members platform, Aspire to log their credits online, see how close they are to their next award, and to search for other learning opportunities - at home, in the local community and at school (outside normal class time).

For schools, Aspire is an easy way to keep track of children's activities and to see which children are close to gaining an award.

Opening doors to Inspiring Opportunities

There are over 3000 fantastic learning activities on Aspire, happening at home, in the local community and at school break times.

Children are encouraged to log a credit in Aspire they take part in a fun learning activity outside lesson time, and fill in a line on their Passport to Learning.

The Passport to learning even gives free or discounted entry to some learning destinations.

A Commitment to Life-long Learning

Each child's Aspire account has a record of all the fantastic learning they've engaged with outside school.

It is their very own record of their unique learner journey, skills development and their willingness to try new things.

Passport to Learning

The Passport to Learning is a little blue book that compliments Aspire perfectly.

Every child who joins Children's University in Scotland receives a Passport to Learning. This is their very own record of every time they've taken part in a fun learning activity beyond the classroom.

Children can get even more from their learning journey using fun reflective pages in the Passport. Take note of how you've improved, what you've learned and what you enjoyed - and look back at the passport later to remember your achievements.
